With a motto of “Shine Like a Pearl”, Kasturi Pearls was established in 2022 AD. as an online jewelry and accessories store. Kasturi Pearls offers a large variety of products in all price ranges from Necklace set, Earrings, Bangles, Clutches, Rings, Nose rings, Customized Jewlery and many more.

Kasturi Pearls aimed to bring all the premium and trendy accessories at customers' doorstep at the most affordable price. Keeping your interest and trust as motivation, Kasturi Pearls brings all the handpicked and reliable products without compromising in the quality and essence of it.  Kasturi Pearls is not the manufacturer but the retail online store of all the buzzing and stylish products. We don’t have any physical store, but you can find us on different exhibitions as a part of marketing campaigns through our social media platform.

Founder's Vision…

Kasturi Pearls is not only the brand but the never-ending dream of Shruti Jain, i.e. Founder and young age Entrepreneur. Her eternal love for her grand maa is what she named her dream. She, the Pearl of her late grandmother eyes, chose “Kasturi” her first name to mark proudly the endless affection towards her and source of inspiration.

Being a middle-class child, she solely started Kasturi Pearls with a minimal budget through social media handles from her home. Her vision of choosing Kasturi Pearls was to restore the people’s trust in online shopping with all she got.  With her continuous dedication, efforts and hard work, she built Kasturi Pearls all by herself, from market research, handling accounts and social media, creating contents for marketing, and managing the website.

As a girl she has always been in the dilemmas and confusions of buying jewelries and accessories online whether they will match the wardrobe and events and meet her quality expectations or not. That’s when she started to execute the traditional approach of bringing jewelries and accessories at customer’s homes with modern methods and techniques. She aimed to make online shopping easier, convenient, faster and reliable.

She believed every girl is made different and special and it all needs the right fashion and attitude to be confident enough. With visit services at Kasturi Pearls, people now have the option to choose the large number of products and ask to bring them all and choose what suits their wardrobe, events, and match your needs. At Kasturi Pearls, Customer’s satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we value all of you and yours orders equally. In order to address the problem/issue regarding your order we have made following return and exchange policy to go through.

Kasturi Pearls do not entertain any Refund policy. Meanwhile, we provide option of easy return and exchange of your order if it couldn’t meet your expectations and have issues regarding size, color or quality of product for one time. Also, you have option to cancel the order before it has not been dispatched.

• Customer can claim the exchange or return of product within 24 hours of receiving it by contacting us on Instagram/WhatsApp/Phone.
• Claiming exchange provides you an option to exchange the product with another one immediately while claiming return gives you an option to return the item for Credit note which will be valid for a month to use for any product of that amount.
• Customer can claim the return/exchange for one time only and exchanged products cannot be claimed to exchange/return again. In case of multiple products orders only one of the item can be exchanged or returned.

Exchange Process

•  Once you are eligible for exchange/return you can choose whether your own available courier facility or tell us to send ours in order to return the product.
• Customers solely need to bear the shipping charge of return and deliver again if the issues are related to size/color and the product could not meet their expectations.
• In case you choose to return us the product through your own courier facility then you need to pack the item safely and send us the tracking details within 48 hours of receiving it.
•  In case you choose Our logistics partner the charges would be around 150-300. we will provide you a shipping label online and all you need to do is pack the item as before and stick the printed label over it.
• Our logistics partner will visit you as soon as possible and pick the product to deliver it back to us.
• Make sure you pack the product safely and if possible, Make a video of packaging so that it could reach us and send it through a premium logistics partner if you choose yours.
• If the product gets damaged/tampered during the exchange/return, customer themselves have to bear the cost and return/exchange will not get further proceeded.
• If the size/color/type of product you are requesting is out of stock during exchange, you might need to wait for a particular time until it gets back to stock

Exchange Process of Damaged products

• In exceptional cases, where the product you have received is damaged by our logistic partners while delivering or cases where you have received the wrong product, your order can be eligible for exchange/return only.
• To claim the exchange process, you must submit the unboxing video of the product of the moment it reached you within 24 hours of receiving it.
• Every order we deliver is carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you safely with a sticker reminding you to make an unboxing video.
• No order will be considered defective or wrong without a proper unboxing video.
• You can process the exchange of defective/wrong products by manually contacting us on Instagram and WhatsApp by submitting the reason and proof of it.
• Once we have received your request of exchange, we might take 48 -72 hours to examine the video and complain whether it's fake or repackaged and forward it for further operations.
•  For damaged/wrong products the shipping charges of return and sending it back to you will be on us.

Note: The exchange process might be a little time consuming, we appreciate you to be respectful and keep patience within the entire process time.

The shipping and delivery of all the orders we receive is partnered with reputed delivery service providers across India and International. We and our delivery partner make the utmost effort to deliver the product within the estimated time limit but if delay happens due to any reason, we shall not be responsible for the damage as we don’t guarantee the estimated time limit.

We have an easy refund and exchange policy but we don’t have any return policy. The user is advised to make payment once they are sure as it will not be refunded.
